How does it work?

To start using Echo, you need to sign up on the website or using the app on your mobile device.

Once you are signed up:

  • select the GP in England you're registered with
  • request your medicine prescription, which Echo will confirm with the GP

Echo's team of pharmacists will dispense and deliver your medicine securely to any UK address, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Most medicine deliveries should fit into a standard-sized letterbox.

Some bulkier medicines will not be able to fit. Echo can deliver these to any address in the UK (your home, work, or to a carer or a neighbour) or to one of 11,200 local collection points across the UK.

All packaging is tamper-proof and unmarked, making sure your medicine stays out of harm's way.

Echo works in the same way as other pharmacies dispensing NHS prescriptions and they cover all postage charges, meaning there's no extra charge to you or the NHS.
